Sal Diliberto’s Wine Tour, “A Taste of Campania” was an awesome idyllic time for me, my cousin Cathy, as well as Phyllis, Mary and Carol. Petting the buffalo cows who help make buffalo mozzarella, a fun, delicious cooking class with a famous chef, and walking among awesome ruins like Herculaneum, the Archeological Park of Paestum, and the Roman Theatre of Benevento were among our incredible experiences.
