Kay Cameron always got the “hot” with diamonds, pearls and other gems. She is retiring November 1st from her storied Sayville Main Street Store, Kay Cameron Jewelers, Inc. But don’t worry, longtime manager Trish Tom will be taking over as owner with the same sterling staff. The store name will remain the same.
