Happy Galentine’s Day!

It was the Second Annual Galentine’s Day, named for Paris Street Market owner, Gale Scaglia, last Friday night as the popular store hosted a free wine and cheese event. Say Cheese provided an array including Triple Cream with Cocoa, Chipotle Garlic Cheddar Gruyere and Ski Queen Creamy Caramel Cheese plus Scaglia’s strawberries dipped in chocolate. Wine was provided by Down the Rabbit Hole with Le Patience Blanc, an organic grenache blanc from the Rhone Valley; Zestos, a mineral rose’ from Madrid; and Tensley Lite, a Syrah from Santa Barbara, California.
