Let’s hear it for the #Patchogue #FireDepartment firefighters who fought the historic Lace Mill fire on West Main Street 50 years ago, one of the area’s worst fires ever. They battled cold, sweeping wind, explosions and got workers in the buildings out safely. Some of the men who were there talked about this event.
